Clintre FYI, I eventually figured out how to do what you suggested and I have been using Vivaldi with middle-click-autoscroll for months now. I can say now that it wasn't ultimate solution, but in a way, improvement. I still use SumatraPDF when I need to, for example, explore and read long user manual etc. Vivaldi is too slow and jerky for that.
When I take a peek to some random pdf- file or scroll down a website it's *good enough for that, and(!) ...and I was able to get rid of autoscroll browser plug-in, which was nice!
*good enough in the sense that it (autoscroll function) does sometimes, rarely, "freeze" or "lock up", and ESC won't help. Anyway, thanks a lot.
