Solus used to have a really helpful guide for getting Samba setup. I used that to get my Linux desktop computer to interact with a Windows computer I have. I was hoping to duplicate that effort on a second computer I also have running Solus but my efforts have failed.
I am able to get other Linux computers to see the shared folder but I cannot get my Windows laptop to find it, even though it can find the Samba shared folder on my Solus desktop computer.
Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? Or refer me to a good guide? I feel like I'm about 90% of the way there with what I've done and there's probably some minor detail that isn't clicking.
