I am trying to install Solus on my gaming machine that has NVidia RTX 4070 Ti Super. I am using KDE Plasma Live CD, the only thing I can see when install starts it's the very first screen where I can select to boot from live cd, or reboot into BIOS. The live CD never boots/displays anything, the screen goes dark right away and never recovers (I would wait for a few minutes).
I was able to get the installation going when I connected to the integrated GPU ( AMD 9 7900X). The installation went fine, I've updated the system and installed NVidia drivers from the hardware app, rebooted but still nothing, same black screen without any hints. The integrated graphics card works fine. I've tried both Wayland and X11. The problem seems to start at the very beginning.
I've tried other distributions and they worked fine (Fedora and Endeavour OS).
Any hints or suggestions how to get it working? I run Solus on my laptop and I am loving it, it would be nice to have it on my main machine too. Thanks in advance.
