The screen is showing when I start my laptop. Os - Solus ( Budgie ) latest. What should I do now? I added a picture of my screen here --

  • The last person that had this issue was able to fix it by switching to TTY3 (CTRL+ALT+F3), then first running sudo eopkg up (in case there are unapplied updates) and the sudo usysconf run -f (to force usysconf to run all it's triggers)

Try
sudo systemctl enable --force lightdm.service

EDIT: Also, have you removed any packages lately?

Update : I was Impatient so I just set up a new os. Wasn't a big deal cause I had backup.

    as in your other thread
The lock screen is not the login screen

Just to be sure. What are you talking about?
The login screen (after booting to log into the graphic system) or the lock screen (screen is locked)?
