Axios I am on budgie have app menu installed (Which I kinda like) it does not show the terminal commands like Budgie menu shows now since its been fixed. Wonder who's issue is it and shouldnt it show them?
Staudey Axios Oh? Interesting, I would've thought it used the same indexer in the background. Well, it's part of Budgie Extras (https://github.com/UbuntuBudgie/budgie-extras). Seems like Solus is one release behind though (but it doesn't look like there have been any commits relating to this after the release Solus is using)
brent Axios I have never got too deep in this Extras package. Now I plan to. Staudey's list shows about 25 standalone Budgie-specific 'apps' or widgets etc. A world to be discovered!
EbonJaeger Staudey I would've thought it used the same indexer in the background. They do not, though the built-in menu's indexer is based on the other one.
Axios Just thought I would ask makes sense I am just happy to be able use budgie menu again Never did like the plank one but it worked. No worries.
brent Axios Never did like the plank one but it worked. I'm seeking the middle ground between the small task bar icons and plank. you gave me some ideas
