There is package request for it. If someone comes forward to maintain it, I think it will be approved.
Unfortunately, it is not available as flatpak in Flathub. There is a snap tho. It is not ideal, but snap is still supported by Solus until the end of the year. Maybe, you can use that for now?
Is there a security issue using snap ?
I installed the nordvpn app via snap and it works great.
I used the openvpn version until yesterday and wouldn`t like to return.
MikeK61 it's not more out less insecure then flatpak. But snap will be removed in solus by end of the year.

More interesting would be if i can still use this app afterwards if it will not be in the repo.

No, you cannot use it anymore after end of 2024
There's only one possibility, don't upgrade/update your system after December.
But, that would be a stupid decision and I would not recommend it
