Firefox Not Remembering Window Size

Solus KDE Plasma 6 -

Open Firefox > resize window to desired size > Close Firefox > Reopen Firefox > Firefox is very small.

I have 2 other KDE Plasma 6 installs on my PC (EndeavourOS and Fedora). this issue only occurs on my Solus Laptop and only happens with Firefox.

OPEN FIREFOX (Opens Small):

RESIZE FIREFOX, CLOSE:

REOPEN FIREFOX (Reverts To Small):

you could always create a window rule that forces it to open with the same size every time (and same position if you wish )

Lucien_Lachance I've never done that before. I see the Window Rule option in System Settings. Everything already opens centered. I'll search the web on how to make a specific app open in the size I want. I was just curious as to why this is happening. And only in Solus.

its quite easy, make a new rule, give it a name, click 'detect window' or whatver it says, then click firefox(which u already opened and resized to your liking) then you are presented with a list of values, enable the window class one, it should say something like firefox, and the size one. set it to 'open initially' or even 'force'

I remember having this problem after enabled (true) privacy.resist.fingerprinting in about:config

Does this cause screens/monitors to re-arrange themselves after 10 or 15 min of no activity? Any help would be appreciated !! BTW, i have the screensaver turned off, i want the screens to stay as they are. I have deactivated any/all of the turn on screensaver after blah min of time.

catfishsushi I have no idea what that is all about. I don't think it has anything to do with Firefox positioning on the screen.
