Ran an application that has worked fine, and still works, but now produced this message when run from the console.
Gtk-Message: 11:47:19.146: Failed to load module "pk-gtk-module"

Web search shows many other Linux based OSes have a package called something like packagekit-gtk3-module that can be installed to take care of this. How do I take care of this from Solus?

non-null packagekit should have that module/library. If the application works fine though there shouldn't be a need to install it. On the other hand packagekit will be required for the software centers Solus will use in the future anyway, so only a matter of time until it arrives on people's systems ^^

They seem to work tho. (Keepass.exe)
