SethStorm666 Miko Plank that comes with Solus have a shortcut to plank preferences - I haven't experienced on other distros.
SethStorm666 Lucien_Lachance If you mean it doesn't get developed anymore then, yes. But it just works(tm) without any fuss.
SethStorm666 I'm wondering, if anyone know how to get rid of the plank icon in plank? I've been looking through dconf and couldn't find anything useful, nor do plank preferences has an on/off option for it. I'm tend to believe the plank package might be compiled this way?
EbonJaeger SethStorm666 after searching online, it looks like in DConf Editor you have to go to net > launchpad > plank > docks > dock1 and uncheck show-dock-item.
Axios SethStorm666 Thats where its at I went there to first time couldnt find it either. curious if it works for you I even rebooted You dont need it can do plank --preferences from terminal not something you change all time Got it do this gsettings set net.launchpad.plank.dock.settings:/net/launchpad/plank/docks/dock1/ show-dock-item false https://discuss.getsol.us/d/1287-how-to-remove-anchor-icon-in-plank Man that looks so much better...lol
