No. The ISO just gets you installed. The fixes came after the ISO was released, there will be updates available for you to install now, we tend make a new batch of updates available every Friday / Saturday depending on where you live in the world and what we have planned.
You can check for and install updates through the "Software Center" found in your system menu (Start Menu) or you can run this from the terminal if you prefer sudo eopkg up -y after updating is complete it is a good idea to reboot as some things require it such as kernel updates. Once you have done that your problem should be resolved.
