HpLip Issue

Axios

Budgie fully updated
If I start hp-toolbox (from menu) it starts and runs and brings up the toolbox I hit X and close
brings up toolbar icon.
From the toolbar icon if I right click on (hp device manager) it will open toolbox I hit X and close
if you try that again the toolbox will not open and you can not Quit or settings either from toolbar Icon.
(Reboot or kill proc will bring it back to normal)
All done in that order. (Repo Hplip)
This is dmesg error does not show until I try above

I dont appear to have any other issues with anything
pkg check ok
tried other themes same issue

I also get this if I run hp-toolbox from terminal and go through the above process
not sure its an issue

Seems alot of hp systray icon issues floating around web some old some new

Ok I installed budgie on my Yoga laptop (current) and installed programs
and Hplip works properly
Only thing different is I left the theme the same and did not install any new ones.
Its crazy if stuff is that sens to themes
Went back to default theme (still did not work) maybe need to reinstall budgie panel or whatever
(but not sure on how do that without trashing everything or if its even needed)

So I guess will reinstall lots lots work maybe a coming winter project.
Getting a canon color laser (free) maybe wait see how that turns out..lol

last time I reset the budgie panel (update glitch a year ago, maybe 2 years ago)...it fubar'd all applets and setting and taskbar pins.

seems to be something else going on here., but nothing popping up in my brain.

brent Uhh just like winders got go in sometimes and clean out directories
Unistalled hplip and printer and delete hplip dir deleted eopkg for hplip reinstalled
now it work..Ha geez

Errrrrrrrrr it did for abit stopped working weird

OK found it my printers are on a separate network when I change network connections it kills
those features from systray icon (I have no idea for a fix.)
If I bring up hp device manager on printer network (and stay on it) network it works fine.
I will have to check that on the yoga later and see what happens.

I will test printing later (ran out of paper..lol) if that works ok not going to worry about it
as long as I know whats going on.
I dont think it should happen but dont know why its doing it.

My desktops I have 2 network cards so it wont be an issue

OK tested printing both computers new budgie installs and updated
Does not effect printing just the hp device manager program. (Both computers have issue with it)
Not sure what to call bug or not maybe its normal dunno
Prob just me would switch networks like that..lol
