Did the update, reboot, run the Mesa line and tested some games, no change. So still 0 fps, nothing playable.
Reboot, the same. Then I run the nVidia line. At the end Solus shows me:
nvidia-glx-driver-common release >= 493 dependency of package nvidia-glx-driver is not satisfied
[β] Syncing filesystems success
[β] Updating dynamic library cache success
[β] Updating graphical driver configuration success
[β] Updating system users success
[β] Updating systemd tmpfiles success
[β] Reloading systemd configuration success
[β] Updating desktop database success
[β] Reloading udev rules success
[β] Applying udev rules success
Program terminated.
nvidia-glx-driver package cannot be installed unless the dependencies are satisfied
Last time I reboot after this, it creates the boot loop, so I was not able to boot Solus anymore.
So instead of rebooting, I run this time sudo eopkg up and let Solus update again.
Then I reboot and ... Solus was smiling at me and my games running great again.
So everything is updated. I'm a little bit confused but ... hey must be magic. π
ps: happy new year
