You can right-click on your desktop and then choose system settings. Then, on the left, you click on "Info" at the very bottom. It's the information there that you should add to an issue on the dev tracker.
In GNOME, you can conveniently copy this information as a whole, not sure about Budgie.
Maybe you can also use something like neofetch --off in terminal.
