  • brent replied to this.
  • Just a little question. Have you messed around with the vlc settings? If so, reset to default settings.

    ventrach cannot replicate in budgie

-launched app in terminal. it launched.
-double clicked movie, it launched and played; no soft crash.
-so launching app in terminal...then once the GUI opens you hand-select movie, open it, and play it? then crash?

related or unrelated: it's interesting your first vlchad errors....how do you explain you second vlc?

Please open an issue with at minimum the codec the video was in. If it's a publicly available clip that's even better.

brent The crash income when i launch the movie. the second time i didn't do that.

ReillyBrogan in the screen this is a dvd disk (mpeg2 video) but all video movies crash.
