Network Manager is empty.

Hi,
When I right click on network manager applet on Budgie, it comes as in the screenshot. I have tried different themes but same. What can be the problem?

Same issue with KDE connect.

Just checked on this machine and i get the same when right clicking the network icon.

Hi,
After todays update, once I reboot and click on network manager applet it shows and then computer hangs. But if I reboot and wait a little bit, network manager is like before. But computer is not hanging.
