Here's an update to our migration to GitHub. Also see our previous post.
Just to be clear: this is about the source repository that contains the package definitions, not the package repository you get your updates from.
To ease the management of repositories and patches we have merged all the packages into a single repository: getsolus/packages.
Contributions to that repository are easy, and follows the GitHub flow for people familiar with it.
In summary, this means that contributing to Solus packages is as simple as:
- Forking getsolus/packages.
- Cloning your fork (takes about 1.5 GiB of disk space).
- Making your changes on a branch.
- Submitting a Pull Request.
