We are aware of the issue and are still looking into the cause. A workaround for now is to launch them from the terminal with QT_STYLE_OVERRIDE=cleanlooks before the command; for example: QT_STYLE_OVERRIDE=cleanlooks qbittorrent.
Unsetting the QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME environment variable also seems to work as a workaround.
