I don't know if it's hardware or software.
My son is using and older laptop get used to computers and to watch video/youtube and do some basic homework. It's an Asus Q200e, perfect since it's small and touchscreen. It was working fine since I installed Solus a week or two ago.
Because he is the one using it, I don't know if he messed up something that I can't find. (he is not admin on the computer, only I).
No sound come out, even when I go in the "test speaker". If I plug headset, it works.
The mute button is not on, volume is high, etc...
I don't know if the drivers were updated and that would be the cause. I am new to Solus, so can't figure out where the driver is and if there was an update either.
Or may be there is another option somewhere. Or there is something else that can be fixed by the terminal, as I seen few people commenting about headset problems, but on older solus version and mostly with bluetooth. May be I am missing something ?
Thank you
I can provide diagnostic etc.. if required.
