I want to use shift+alt to switch keyboard layout, so I have configure /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-keyboard.conf file to use it for keyboard layout switch. But budgie's way to switch layouts interfear with it and it doesn't work. I can see it because I also setted led_scrool to light when I'm switching to the second layout as an indicator, and when I use the shortcut it flashes for less than a second and switches off again.
Is there any way to deactivate it?
