So do I, although I don't quite understand the comparison with Windows.
I used KDE Plasma for a long time on openSuSE, before I found out about Solus. That was during Solus version 3.9999, and Plasma wasn't a thing here yet, but of the available DEs, Budgie was quite good already. When Plasma was first introduced to Solus, it started out pretty shaky, but it got better and better with each update. Before long I couldn't help myself, and I've been a Solus Plasma fan ever since.
It's on every computer here except the little Windows 10 machine that streams content to our TV. But that one simply runs Vivaldi 99.9% of the time, so it doesn't really matter much what OS it uses. The other 0.1% of the time, it runs Elisa, which is also identical to the version on our Plasma machines.
