Mascaret maybe this for the .conf files :
put in the home a file named .nanorc and inside write this:
# Comments
syntax "conf" "\.conf$"
color green "#.*"
Green or wothever do you prefer.
Otherwise (maybe) as root change something in /usr/share/nano.
But I have to say that on my nano without any modification the comments are already brillantblue.
