Hi,
I can't manage to mass rename with nemo...
not yet implemented?
How to mass rename in nemo
That appears to be "working as intended". nemo
requires you to use another application to actually implement the functionality. As explained by this old guide: https://community.linuxmint.com/tutorial/view/1935
Do we have anything that can fit there in the repository?
Well, we have thunar
now, so the first option mentioned in that link should/could work

thunar
is mentioned in the tutorial I linked and is being added to the repository as part of our efforts to replace our MATE edition with XFCE but that has not reached the stable repository at the time of writing. Next sync.
There is gprename
and krename
in the repository but I do not know if they are suitable alternatives.
Oh whoops, I thought Thunar already had been synced. My bad ^^
is nemo-extensions
installed?
You can add "thunar --bulk-rename" (without ") in the field. Not as good as bulky though.
I have a mass rename to do and come to see if in nemo there is a simply alternative GUI ether make it in command line...
Franck I suppose it depends on what your renaming and how complicated the rename tasks (variables). I am on Budgie and "rename" is included when using the terminal and it does most simple renaming tasks pretty well for me.
There is a basic TUT here https://www.howtogeek.com/423214/how-to-use-the-rename-command-on-linux/

Franck there's bulky but it's not in the solus repositories.
https://github.com/linuxmint/bulky
there's an open package addition request for it here: https://github.com/getsolus/packages/issues/1459
Hurican also a post from a couple days ago about requesting a package for/ and compiling a package for, a similar tool call mmv.

[op you got choices]
