Brucehankins nolan the command used to install matches the instructions on snapcraft.io. also, if I remember correctly, almost all snap commands are sudo snap option. Flatpak is typically run as flatpak install org.onlyoffice.desktopeditors without sudo.

Staudey Hmm, that directory is a symlink on Solus. Could that be causing issues? Seems like it's been a problem for certain snaps for quite some time (e.g. https://github.com/canonical/multipass/issues/2582)
