In Vivaldi's settings, I always click the "Block all" option regarding third-party cookies. But in order to enter certain websites, sometimes I'm forced to click to accept all their cookies. For a long time, I've wondered which takes precidence. In other words, in the situation I described, am I gonna get the cookies or not?
I'm a member of the Vivaldi forum, so I asked this question there. It turns out that clicking to accept a site's cookies means you're agreeing to allow them to send all their cookies to your browser. But opting to block all third-party cookies in the Vivaldi settings means that Vivaldi won't accept them when they arrive.
I thought that might be the answer, but I feel a lot better now that I know for sure.
