Earlier this year I finally gave KDEConnect a try for the first time, after many years of using Plasma. I love it, too. It's great to see the phone's notifications chirp and appear briefly on my laptop instead of needing to find the phone in order to find out what's happening.
I understand it does a lot of other things well, too, but the notifications are all that I've used it for so far.
