Solarmass I have experimented with gradience https://flathub.org/apps/com.github.GradienceTeam.Gradience before, but still use Plata-noir ❤️ on Solus Budgie. This screenshot looks good (maybe a liitle bit too dark 😃) BTW i see you're using gnome Panel extension, why not Budgie? It has customizable panel out of the box? 😉
jawkins Solarmass I do love budgie, but I get frustrated by some apps having rounded corners at the top, but not the bottom. Gnome has an extension to solve this Im unaware of a solution to this in budgie
jawkins Solarmass Solarmass libadwaita apps such as bottles or monophony have rounded corner top and bottom Other apps only have rounded top corners. It's honestly the only thing stopping me from using budgie lol
brent Solarmass never noticed that issue I literally opened about every app window I have and it's true: almost entirely round top corners and pointy bottoms. Might be cool to see everything round. As long as I don't think I'm on a Mac 🍎 🍌
jawkins Staudey i certainly can, and will, when im back home ill get a preset saved and exported out somewhere =]
jawkins so @Staudey the native version of Gradience is unable to adjust shell theming, same with the flatpak version, however, when building from the git repo, the plugin for adjusting the shell theme is built in and works great https://github.com/GradienceTeam/Gradience/pull/679 any chance we can pull these into the native package?
Staudey jawkins I mean, I could of course. The question is whether it's worth backporting it instead of simply waiting for the upcoming release.
Staudey jawkins I'll consider it (as it's certainly nice to have). But first I'll have to fight with some other packages 😀
jawkins brent right? its so irritating when you notice it D: its such a shame as i absolutely adore budgie, but theming consistency is the main thing for me
