Help rescuing boot

So, ehm... Just in time for the forum return but apparently I bricked my install.

I was trying to make space in my disk and I deleted a partition that seemingly was not used, an old swap that Solus had not detected during install.
However, it turns out that the os does not boot anymore (and the help center is offline).

I'm trying to debug so first question: can I set the kernel to verbose from the boot menu without running clr-boot-manager update?
Second question: if it is actually the swap, can I do anything about it ( possibly booting from the iso)?

So, I answered the first queestion on my own: you can press 'e' from the boot menu

It seems that during installation, the swap partition was detected, but instead of being used as swap it was used for hybernation (the resume parameter).
Since I cannot look at the help center, can anyone suggest a stable fix?
My idea was to create a new swap partition, replace it in /etc/kernel/cmdline.d/resume.conf, where I believe the clr-boot-manager looks, and then? What's the command for updating the boot manager?

Any obvious issues with the solution?

The command should be sudo clr-boot-manager update then, now I just need to figure out if it is a good idea.

If the "SWAP" partition that was installed during the Linux installation is deleted, the line in the file - fstab ( /etc/fstab ) must be changed. You need to start the computer from the USB stick, go to the root partition, etc folder, open the file "fstab" with a text editor and delete the line with "UUID=(here is the UUID of the swap partition) swap swap sw 0 0", or just add before UUID # plus space! ( # UUID=..... ). Save the change, close the text editor and restart! It should work - if you haven't changed anything else in the meantime?!
Another option - create a new swap partition, open "Disks", copy the UUID of the new partition, open the "fstab" file and paste the new UUID number instead of the old UUID number!
