riffer rofl, have fun, just make sure you install every single codec individually to get media working.
I won't ever use Fedora again. It was my first installation of Linux for about two months in 2018. I spent the entire two months trying to figure out how to get a VPN to work (had only ever installed NordVPN using the Windows app before that) and after two months I found out it was a bug in Fedora that was causing VPNs to not install properly without specific manual configuration.
Fedora Gnome was a beautiful and amazing desktop experience but the media codecs and stupid bugs (since its RHEL beta) made me find Solus.
Also: I've had the same exact installation of Solus Budgie installed and running since 2018. I've encountered three issues that would have borked my system on any other distribution (I've tried dozens on my other laptop, I've borked them all) but not one issue has proved to be unfixable.
Solus Budgie has issues now because Red Hat was bought by IBM and and the paid employee on the Gnome project is paid by Red Hat. Kthxbai.
