murbert Windows 11 doesn't need secure boot to run once it is installed. You can turn it off.
To clarify this comment, Secure Boot does not need to be enabled either to install or to run Windows 11.
The only Secure Boot requirement is that the computer be Secure Boot capable, which is to say, booting under UEFI rather than MBA/Legacy BIOS: "While the requirement to upgrade a Windows 10 device to Windows 11 is only that the PC be Secure Boot capable by having UEFI/BIOS enabled, you may also consider enabling or turning Secure Boot on for better security." What is true of a 10>11 upgrade is also true of a clean install, which is what I do.
