While working with an image conversion utility lately, one that I could only get to work from an AppImage file, I learned a lot. It was the first time I'd ever used an AppImage. As part of my education, I discovered a location where lots of applications and utilities are offered, for free, as AppImages.
I linked this location in the thread about converting .KQP images, but I thought it probably deserves a thread of its own. I found out a lot that I didn't know about AppImages from the organization's website.
