As others have pointed out, the choice is dependent on use case.
Looking at the trajectory of your posting history:
(1) You seem to be concerned about the viability of Solus (¿Solus Is this project still active or has it died?);
(2) You seem to favor Snaps rather than Flatpaks (How to install Zoom);
(3) You seem to be comfortable with, curious about, and/or perhaps favoring Ubuntu derivatives ( ¿Solus or Linux Mint which to choose? , Solus vs Pop!OS?_ and Ubuntu Budgie vs Solus?);
(4) You seem to be looking at an HP developer-level computer to replace whatever you are now using (¿Can Solus be installed on HPDEVONE?);
(5) You seem to be concerned about AMD Ryzen CPU's (¿which processor is better? Intel vs AMD VS Others?), probably because the HPDEVONE uses that processor; and
(6) You seem to be somewhat reluctant to step outside the well-supported and heavily documented Ubuntu universe.
With all that in mind, it looks to me as if you are planning to purchase (or perhaps already own) an HPDEVONE. If that is the case, I suggest that you consider adopting Pop!OS and using that distro for at least a year.
The HPDEVONE comes with Pop!OS pre-installed, and because of that, Pop!OS is almost certainly well-supported on that laptop, and because Pop!OS is a Ubuntu derivative, you will have the massive support forums of Ubuntu available to you. Rather than bouncing around trying to find the perfect solution (Distribution ideas), you might consider going with an acceptable solution, modifying it within reason to suit your tastes and using it until you are thoroughly familiar with your new computer.
If you strongly prefer the Budgie DE to the Pop!OS DE, then you might want to move to Ubuntu Budgie after you have your new computer and a few months of Pop!OS under your belt as a shakedown cruise for the computer.
