brent There are a ton of alternatives out there, some offer some cool features, but most aren't going to be FOSS. It really comes down to what you're comfortable using.
My picks
Cisco WebEx - Best for enterprise users, great business features, can hold meetings with 100+ attendees. Not sure about free (if any) options.
Google Meet - It's free, it's everywhere, it's ubiquitous, and everyone can use it. The downside (other than Google if you don't like them) is your laptop battery will go from 80 to 0 in one meeting and your fans on any PC will sound like a propeller plane getting ready to take off the entire time
Teams - See Google Meet above, it's the same here. Teams does perform a bit better on battery life (for me) on Windows or Linux with the Teams flatpak.
Other options
GoToMeeting - I personally hate this one because of the features, but I only tried it for enterprise use, may be better for something smaller and non-corporate
Discord - setting up may be complicated for some less technical users
Zoho - Haven't used this one, but it's browser based so maybe?
There's also the basic as can be fall back to something like FaceTime (allows up to 32 people) or Google Hangouts (up to 100 people). This would require everyone have an Apple device or download/use a Google product though.
