Problem fetching files while chrooted

Today my linux froze while I was doing an update and when I restarted booting into the OS gets me back to the UEFI boot selection screen. Tried the boot-rescue troubleshooting steps from here but this is what i get once I chroot into my system and try to execute an update.

I'm not sure if the not booting if it's related to the parcial update or to an extension I had installed, but being able to try the troubleshooting steps would be a good first step.

This is on gnome for both the drive OS and bootable USB btw.

Maybe silly but have you tried ping with an URL like google.com, as suggested in the Networking part of that help center page. I see that the ping to an IP works, but maybe name resolution is broken.
(and if it doesn't work try the troubleshooting step it suggests)

Staudey Correct! ping at google.com returns "ping: unknown host"

After updating the resolv.conf file (it was in /etc/ but only had comented "# Generated by NetworkManager", i copied the contents of the live usb config) I can connect to the repository and download, but at the time of extracting libreoffice-common the process gets Terminated (killed).

The issue in the first place of the system freeze and crash was free space related, bc the system partition was full.

I cleared some space and the OS boots, but my user desktop after login is still broken.

doing eopkg check libreoffice-common -> Terminated (killed)
did eopkg rm libreoffice-common -> removed every app then when it came to libreoffice-common -> Terminated (killed)
eopkg it --reinstall libreoffice-common -> Extracting archives, Terminated (killed)

did eopkg up -x libreoffice-common and this happened

Once again I restarted and booted into the OS, this is what I get now. I think it's just easier to save my /home folder and do a clear install at this point.

When i log into a tts and do sudo eopkg up something happened to postgresql and now every time i execute the command it says (translated from spanish):
"System Error. Terminated Program
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/lib/eopkg/package/postgresql-14.1-31/metadata.xml' "

Please tell me if there is anything else I should save apart from /home, or if there is an easy solution to this. Thanks.

This fixed the issue with postgresql. Finally doing eopkg update allowed me to log back 🙂. I believe some packages are still broken but almost everything is back to normal.
