You are not alone; I've reverted the Anki update and switched back to 2.1.49 until I can fix the issue. Something weird is going on with their new Qt support libraries/scripts.
You'll receive the upgrade (downgrade) after the next sync (presumably Friday). In the meantime I think the old package version should still work:
sudo eopkg it https://packages.getsol.us/shannon/a/anki/anki-2.1.49-26-1-x86_64.eopkg
If not, I would suggest to just wait until Friday, if at all possible (one more possible workaround would be to install the package update from the Unstable repository, but I would like to avoid that)
