Hi guys.
After several weeks of trial and error, and even thinking that package repairing have have solved the issue I can finally say that I've found a solution to a problem related to suspend/resume on AMD gpu systems.
It is related to the Display Port, apparently using that type of connection freezes the system once resumes from sleeping.
You just have to switch to an HDMI cable and it's done!
