Looks like you added /etc/sudo.conf since this isn't shipped with Solus.
Try to see if you can delete this file rm /etc/sudo.conf
If you can't or if the error remain, you'll have to chroot to your Solus to remove this file and fix the permissions of /usr/lib64/sudo/sudoers.so which must be owned by root:root and permissions 644 (read+write for the owner, read for the group and others).
I don't know what you did, but your system may be compromised, so perhaps a good idea is to backup your data and reinstall.
