HowTo Sticky Key On/Off?

Hi, I am a beginner Solus user.
My question: How can I turn on/off Sticky Key?

Are you using Budgie or Gnome? Then it's in the following menu (and probably similar for MATE):

Control Center -> Accessibility -> Typing -> Typing Assist (AccessX) -> Sticky Keys
