When using the Nouveau drivers, my laptop (Dell G5 5590) does not pick up my external HDMI monitor. It works just fine while using the nvidia drivers so it is not a cable/monitor issue, but the nvidia drivers have other bugs and so I would like to just use nouveau.
The GPU is an Nvidia GTX 1650 Mobile. I wasn't able to find it exactly in the nouveau feature matrix on their website, there seems to be no mention of mobile series, which makes it hard for me to determine if I should be expecting this to be supported at all.
When connected to the monitor with and HDMI cable and using the nouveau drivers, the external monitor does not show up in the budgie control center, nor in any command line outputs I have ran:
While HDMI cable is connected:
output of inxi -Ga

Any ideas on stuff to try to get it to detect? Thanks
