Cannot enable TouchPad functions | Solus 4.3 plasma

Hello
I'm having issue enabling some touchpad functions on my setup of Solus Plasma
here is a screenshot to show that few or some functions are greyed and cannot get selected/enabled
If there is a way to do that please, let me know so i can do and have better experience.

Here I'm back, on this topic
after looking around i noticed libinput wasn't installed by default thus not allowing touch gesture
I installed it as you can see on the screenshot then opened the setting panel and it was there okay and ready for me.
