Sync Deferred 04/01/2022 for glibc

In case anyone was wondering, we are deferring sync this week to give the team a little more time with the glibc update. Everyone has been working really hard to push through the roughly 1000 rebuilds/updates that are involved and I am very proud to see the camaraderie and teamwork that folks have demonstrated during this process. I was wondering why there had been no recent major updates recently, and I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work, as Solus truly has become one of my favorite Linux distros of all time, and my current daily driver on several machines at home, and work.😃

Woke up today to 575 package updates.
Of course the process was fast and flawless.
This was on an install from exactly 3 years ago on my System76 Thelio.
