Applications in icon task list applet

Since the update to Budgie 10.6 I found a Skype icon in the icon task list at startup, despite Skype not being a favourite application.
Before opening a bug in the Budgie repo I would like to understand whether this is Budgie's fault or Skype's (which I might have updated at the same time, I don't remember and no installation history is available for flatpaks...).

The question is, is there a way to find what desktop files the icon task list applet adds to its list?
I don't think there is a desktop file with that specific name entry (Launch Skype, the normal Skype is just Skype), and it does not seem to match the normal Skype window (at least, the applet does not group them together).

You could for example, use something like dconf-editor to look at the value of com/solus-project/budgie-panel/instance/icon-tasklist/[someID]/pinned-launchers
Of course that will only give you the filename.

Sounds like it could be this, which should be fixed in the next release of Budgie.

It's similar, I think the icon may be appearing when Skype starts (despite Skype not having a splash screen). However, in my case window grouping is enabled, while the issue says that it being disabled is required
