Places Applet on Budgie when click opens in terminal

After the latest update to 10.6 when i click on any folder-drive etc it opens in terminal.

How can i fix that?

See if your ~/.config/mimeapps.list has an entry for inode/directory (presumably pointing to the terminal in your case), and if so, delete that line.

i have checked it but didn't find anything like inode/directory or terminal

I am able to reproduce this. @supernova874, what terminals do you have installed? I'm going to bet its Kitty.

If so, and perhaps even if it isn't, you should be able to fix this by opening the file manager, right clicking on any folder, and open it with the file manager. That will set the system to open them with the file manager. Kitty sets itself as the default application for certain file types, one of them being directories.

Nope gnome-terminal and Alacritty but the link in places opening with gnome-terminal and with basic bash (i use fish as default) and it's now fixed as you said it searches for kitty url launcher but i haven't install it ...
