I have Intel Panther Point PCH - High Definition Audio Controller, the audio quality was very bad on all distros, yes I know there are equalizer's in the Repo but they take CPU utilization. I found a fix to my problem.
sudo eopkg it wine wine-32bit
find Intel audio name, put it in Google. Then download it from Intel website, for me it was
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26658/Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver-64-bit-for-Intel-NUC-DN2820FY-and-DE3815TY
Open file manager, extract, enter directory and right click on "Setup.exe", then click "Open With Other Application" then click "Wine Windows Program Loader". Keep in mind that wine will have to install proprietary software before actually running the "Setup.exe". After that the install wizard will start go through it. After its done reboot.
NOTE: when click reboot on the install it doesn't work at least not for me, so open terminal type "reboot", when the computer begins to reboot and your screen turns black and stays like that just ctrl+alt+delete, After that you computer will reboot and your done.
