Axios Nothing I try seems to work if not prob just have to use a system light theme
I've tried using dark themes, believing that they might be easier on the eyes, but I've quit trying to use them for exactly the same reasons. It can even be really hard to tell where the main window of some applications ends and the dialog box on top of it begins, if both of those are mostly black.
Instead, I now use tinted "computer glasses" during the day, and the DE's "night light" feature after it's dark outside. And I turn down the brightness of both the TV and my laptop screen, which are otherwise far brighter than I need in order to use them comfortably for long.
