Post install scripts?

I would like to know if eopkg supports post install scripts.

I am looking to have it re-build ZFS and install the modules after update. Since DKMS is not a thing.

If not I’ll just make a script that both updates and re-builds.

Nope. usysconf is used for such things but it won't be of any help in your case
