I tried to update the system via the software center. Nothing happened.
After this I tried to update it via terminal. Using the command "sudo eopkg up" and the password. After this the update started normally.
It updated the first packages but was broken after a few seconds with this error:

Less than 1000 bytes/sec transferred the last 120 seconds')
I tried it several times and it is broken at different positions/packages.
The following commands does not help me: sudo eopkg dc && sudo eopkg up. sudo eopkg rdb or others I found. Nothing worked for me.
Also an installation of a package is broken after some time:
