Solus Plasma 4.1 is newly installed/setup and so far, just simple.
Running on...
Dell XPS 8910 (tower), Intel Core I7-6700 CPU @ 3.4 GHz, 16 GB ram, 1TB HDD, Intel HD Graphics 530 (Skylake GT2) and Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti (2 GB), realtek ethernet, 27 inch display at 1920x1080 resolution.

Changed the background a bit. Found it on wallpaperscraft and just added a little touch of humour to it.
Solus Fortitude Budgie desktop on my laptop! -macos like style-
- Mojave-dark Widget
- Papirus-light Icons
- Breeze cursors
- Always transparent bottom panel
- Dark theme!
- Backgrond: one of my own picture shoot (firestick over lake)
Since apparently I'm a lucky moron (went on for two years with a 125 Mb EFI partition until last update, when clr-boot-manager happily told me that no, that's not enough....) but not a patient one (I tried to resize the partitions on my SSD, gave up after one hour of waiting).......
BEHOLD !
My fresh Solus Plasma install
Solus 4.1 Budgie
HP Pavilion 300-020 mini pc
Custom built rig, a few years old now but still runs great with Solus GNOME
Solus Budgie

- Can't upload an image. Keep getting this error [Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again.]
- (Not really related by close enough) When viewing an image in gnome image viewer colours appear diferently than they do when the same image is used as background. Anyone can explain it?
2 yeas only Solus!
stefancfu how does it run with the i7 and 16gb ram? I'm planning on installing Solus on my main desktop soon and upgrading the ram a bit. It will be used for heavy photo and video editing as well as regular light browsing. I'm guessing it will be lightning fast since it actually runs well on a machine with a Pentium 3885-U and only 8gb of ram.
I7-7700K, 32gb ram, RTX-1060.
Brucehankins I do not have any complaints. At the moment my workflow is at medium level and everything runs smoothly. I use Kdenlive, Audacity, Krita, Gimp, darktable and rawtherapee . You should try it.
Brucehankins Budgie runs amazing on a dual core i3 with 4GB RAM.
I have an i7-6700 with 24(was 32)GB of RAM a 1060GTX (I don't think 1060s came in RTX) and every desktop flies.
Justin you are correct, I messed up. It's the 3gb GTX 1060.
Freshly installed Budgie, loving it !!
Khm,khm.. I've noticed some of you here have different kind of 'Firefox' logo with the 'Papirus' icons , I can't seem to change it.
