after strawberry changed to 5 football fields wide I was out a music player. I was like Goldilocks. This one looks too stupid. This one doesn't fetch album art. These 5 ALL post duplicate songs and albums where only one exists. This one has enough settings to make itunes look amateur. This one has no settings. This one can't organize. Etc etc.
After reading 10 Solus threads about music players I found one nobody ever mentioned. In the repo. Gmusic. (Gnome?). What you see is the Shimmer Desktop setting (of a dozen very different looks) playing random songs.
3 days and no weirdness. That's a record for me with a music player. If you are happy with what you have disregard post. If you are unhappy, I highly recommend. I'm out.
