show upgrade on conky

You don't need something like that for Solus. Run sudo eopkg up once a week in a terminal (or open Software Center once a week and upgrade everything from there) and you're good. Partial updates (the only reason why you should check for specific package updates) are an excellent way of borking your system and nothing more.

You would need to run a script and then take the output, so first 'sudo eopkg ur' and then 'sudo eopkg lu' and display that via conky

and ${texeci 900 maj.sh} ? maj.sh is the name of the script. it's run but is told me sh: line 1: maj.sh : command not found why ? not executable ?

more like this (straight from my brain without testing)

#!/bin/bash

sudo eopkg ur ;

sudo eopkg lu > /tmp/updatelist

then read the file, you just need to figure out how to run that file with sudo rights first and then read the updatelist file with conky.

quick though, running the bash script via a systemd-timer and then just a conky command to read out this file

Alternative approach so your just runnng the one command to produce the file to read, or you call it direct in conky,
sudo eopkg -n up | tail -n +5 > updates.txt
Personally, I'd run it from a script, likely on login via autostart, we tend not to get mutliple update times in a day on Solus and use cat to read the text file into conky, like you have in the solus-release section.

if take off the >updates.txt, but you would have permissions problems for sudo, without passing details on or setting your user to no password, neither of which I wouldn't recommend for security.

My approach would be to put that command in a bash script to run on login so
#!/bin/bash
sudo eopkg -n up | tail -n +5 >updates.txt

save that, make it executable and add ti to your startup script
then in conkyrc you can simply cat updates.txt to see updates available in your conky, of course the list wont update till next log in
