davidjharder, the only problem with Plasma I got when using sudo eopkg install -c desktop.kde desktop.kde.core
was KGPG starting, and even after uninstalling it, I somehow have got a good mix of Qt and GTK on Budgie. The post's problem solved itself, by the way, after I turn my computer on today.
I don't like to use the KDE iso because when I do sudo eopkg install -c desktop.budgie
it gets buggy. Also it does not have a default option to execute (appimage, .sh), only via terminal.
